Yanzi Noodle House is a Chinese restaurant located in Fairfax, Virginia, specializing in authentic Liuzhou-style luosifen, handmade Chinese noodles, flavorful Sichuan cuisine, and Taiwanese dishes.

Our signature Liuzhou luosifen soup base is slow-simmered with river snails, creating a bold, aromatic broth with layers of sour, spicy, and savory flavors. Each bowl is carefully prepared using fresh ingredients to bring the comfort and depth of traditional Chinese noodles to Fairfax.

In addition to luosifen, we proudly serve a variety of Sichuan dishes known for their rich taste and balanced spice. We also offer Taiwanese specialties, including salt and pepper chicken, stinky tofu, salt and pepper squid, Taiwanese pickled vegetables, and braised beef noodle soup.
